Quality Process

PCB is the heart of electronic equipment, and its quality and reliability are directly related to the quality and stability of electronic equipment. Therefore, the quality control of PCB manufacturing is particularly important.
In order to meet customer needs, we have implemented the ISO9001 quality system. It has a complete quality assurance system and various testing equipment to monitor the entire production process to ensure the stability of the production process and the high quality of the products. At the same time, we have introduced advanced instruments and technical means to achieve continuous improvement.

  • Incoming Quality Control
  • In-process Production Quality Control (IPQC)
  • Finished Goods Quality Control (FGQC)
  • Electr-Static Discharge (ESD) control
  • Intelligent SMT feeders to prevent loading of incorrect parts
  • In-line Solder Paste Inspection (SPI)
  • Real time process feedback via AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection)
  • Automated Testing systems
  • X-ray quality inspection
  • In-depth knowledge of CE, UL standards
  • Identification and tracking system
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

quality assurance:
Our quality control team (QC) and our quality assurance team (QA) will check the final product. Quality assurance is process-oriented, preventing defects by protecting the processes used to manage and create deliverable PCBs. Quality control is product-oriented and determines whether the final result meets expectations.
Shipping:
After the inspection is completed, the circuit board will be cleaned in deionized water to remove any dust and contaminants that may remain on the PCB. Then, carefully pack the circuit board in a vacuum package. Add shipping labels, they are ready for shipping. It can be transported according to the transportation method you need, it can be DDP, DAP, whether it is air, train or ship.
